Since some people are getting the Q and it will be their first leap into the world of Windows Mobile I think that it should be made clear that Push Email is one of the biggest advantages of a Push Email capable device.
If you currently use pop or imap accounts and have not tried an exchange account, try mail2web for a free exchange account.

Once you setup a free mail2web account you can forward any of your pop or imap accounts to this new email address and understand why push email is so great and easy. It also uses less battery than pressing send/recieve for your email on your WM devices.
To setup the mail2web account on your WM device click Start>Activesync> setup server (or add server source after clicking Menu)
Login to your Control Panel once your account is created here
https://support.mail2web.com/
Click Activesync settings — here you will find the appropriate settings to complete the setup of the exchange account on the phone.
Once the account is completely setup, make sure to go into Activesync on the phone
Menu \ Schedule \ check the box “use above settings when roaming” to insure you recieve all your emails even when not in a sprint data area.
