Friday Jan 25 was a busy day at the Sprint Camp. In what seems to be a continually dismal situation for the Sprint Income Statement some major changes were made in the upper management. The following players were sent packing: Paul Saleh, Chief Financial Officer, Tim Kelly, Chief Marketing Officer, and Mark Angelino, president, Sales and Distribution.
We can only hope that these changes in upper management drive the changes necessary to help Sprint jump into the black and start to recover some of those lost post-paid customers from the fourth quarter of 2007. Personally I just think that they can save everyone some time by focusing on their customer service and I am not alone in this opinion. For those of you who have ever had Sprint as your carrier I am sure that you have learned to hate calling Sprint’s customer service with the exception of the select group of knowledgeable staff members.
If you do require the support of a Sprint Customer Representative I would recommend using the up to date list over at sprintusers.com so that you avoid any unnecessary conversations with ill-informed personnel. My personal favorite numbers are employee accounts and executive services.
