The power of Google has expanded its reach to LG according to the latest press release. LG has announced that they will in fact be releasing a Google Android based handset in 2009 or possibly by the end of 2008. As usual always expect the later of the two release date time frames to be accurate especially with all the uncertainty surrounding Google’s Android at this point. There are currently over 30 handset manufacturers who have shown support and plan to support Google’s Android Linux based operating system.
