The Software Development Kit has been a long and painful road for iPhone owners.  After 8 months of waiting the light at the end of the tunnel is near. Tiny-Code, which previously maintained a collection of software for the iPhone, comprising fixes for other unofficial applications has apparently joined forces with Apple and the SDK.  The most notable partnership between Apple and Tiny-Code can be seen simply by trying to visit the Tiny-Code website where a message was posted that states, “working with Apple and with their SDK (software development kit) for the next firmware release and SDK applications.”  The news can be seen as a double edged sword since the jailbreaking demon inside of you will miss the support of Tiny-Code while the truely authentic and virgin iPhone owners out there might enjoy some of the goodness they have been missing in the world of 3rd party software the past 8 months.  There should be much more news regarding Tiny-Code and the SDK in the coming weeks with the 3rd party software expected to officially be released with the approval of Apple late this February.
