Mac Keyboard With Windows: Apple MB110LL/A

Apple loves style and it is fairly easy to be envious of your friends sporting their sexy new iMacs.  Since we are for the most part exclusively Windows users, the idea of using a Mac Keyboard has always been of interest simply because of how enjoyable the typing experience has been when trying out Macs at the Apple Store.  With that being said, today we went ahead and did a quick little test to ensure that infact the Mac Keyboard is compatible with Windows.  In this case we were specifically testing for Windows XP compatibility and compatibility has been confirmed.  The Mac Keyboard (model MB110LL/A) is fully compatible with Windows XP (since we have quit using Vista) and it is a beautiful experience.

At this point I think we will be moving towards using the Apple keyboard on all of our machines and never looking back.  The style and smoothness in typing gives an experience similar to typing on a high end laptop with the spacing you require on a desktop.  If anyone out there is worried that the keyboard might not be compatible and this is preventing you from taking the risk of buying the Mac MB110LL/A keyboard, forget about it.  The the myth that the Mac keyboard is not compatible with Windows is officially busted, mythbusters style.

The How To: Simply plug the keyboard into your Windows XP machine and let Windows detect the device.  The Mac Keyboard will be detected and the successfully installed hardware pop-up window will be displayed.  You are good to go at this point.
