Some tipsters over [at] Howard Forums have received some information regarding an upcoming release for Chad and his circle over at Alltel Wireless.  The LG Glimmer is soon to be released and from the looks of things it seems to be a mix of the LG Shine available on AT&T wireless and the LG Prada.  Based on what is currently being rumored at this point since no official news has made way from Alltel, the LG Glimmer will pack a 2.8″ touch screen and a 2 megapixel camera with a flash.  The usual Bluetooth and MicroSD support will also be included, but what we are really interested in is how Alltel Wireless was able to get their hands on such a unique piece of hardware.  Keep a look out for more news on the LG Glimmer in the coming weeks.
