If you have a jailbroken iPhone and always wanted to control your PC or Mac with your next-gen multi touch interface, the time is now. You can actually do this with an iPod Touch as well and if you have a Mac the entire process will be even easier. Touchpad Pro is the piece of software responsible for turning your iPhone/iPod Touch into a multi touch remote for your PC or Mac. So how does it work?
If you are on a PC you will need to do a small amount of work to tinker with the VNC. Mac users get a much easier method which simply requires screen-sharing to be turned on aka Apple Remote Desktop. With TouchPad Pro installed on your jailbroken iPhone or iPod Touch, you are now in full control of your computer screen and while this is not as good as having a MacBook Pro, it is still pretty cool.
