Motorola has been going through quite a bit of changes in it’s executive ranks, but what really bothers us is that lack of handsets. Last July, the Motorola Z9 RAZR rumor began with a leak on the Internet and we patiently waited for Motorola to confirm and release the device. Since July, there’s was a promotional video set for the CTIA trade show and finally the FCC approval for AT&T wireless to carry the Motorola Z9 RAZR. So what exactly happened to the Motorola Z9 RAZR?
Well now a sales document for the Motorola Z9 RAZR has hit the internet and while it does not provide a release date for the device, it brings up a reminder of how long we have been waiting for this device to launch. It also gives us confirmation that the device is still live and kicking, but most of all that we might actually see this device launch in 2008. The most interesting part of the Motorola Z9 RAZR sales document is that it puts the MOTO Z9 up against the Nokia 6500 and the Samsung U700. The main difference in the MOTO Z9 is the AGPS (Assisted GPS, cell towers), Windows Media 11 music manager, 45MB of internal memory, up to 8GB MicroSD and esoteric Crystal Talk technology for better voice quality.
