3G iPhone Release: Second Quarter 2008

We all know the 3G iPhone is on its way to an Apple Store near you, but concrete evidence is always more convincing.  According to Bank of America, Apple is launching a high-speed wireless version (HSDPA) of the iPhone in the second quarter 2008 and will produce as many as 8 million of the devices.  We can add this information to the other 3G iPhone data and continue to the countdown.  What we would really like to see is some pricing information and confirmation of GPS (onboard).
