Sprint and LG announce the HERO LG VX400

Looking for a new Sprint Direct Connect push-to-talk phone?  Sprint and LG have announced the first LG Direct Connect push-to-talk device, the LG VX400 (Hero).  The device will be targeted to the business and enterprise market with full support for business application suites as well as navigation support.  This means you will be able to get your mobile email, use GPS navigation to get to your next business meeting and while you travel why not snap some pictures?  The LG VX400 sports a standard 1.3 megapixel camera, support picture messaging and overall just gets the job done.  The phone will be placed into the mid-range handset category so expect some attractive pricing at launch.  In the meantime keep chirping away on your Nextel Direct Connect phones.
