I had no problem syncing with MS Exchange, the email, contacts, and calendaring just fine. The question comes in is how to tell the phone to sync automatically. Since the phone uses OWA. Most Exchange servers that enable OWA has a set time out period.

Questino is, how do you tell the phone to check for message and calendar changes every 15 mintues..

I've had the Instinct for almost a month - love many of the features, especially the visual vm; but I have to agree that the calendar is sub par. It's clunky and doesn't send you reminders!!! Yikes! I live by my calendar and need the option to sync w/ outlook. Thinking of returning it for a blackberry since I can't find any calendar update information anywhere.
