If you are not part of the limited Skyfire Beta acceptance list, Opera Mini 4.1 might be your savior. Opera announced that their newest beta for Opera Mini 4.1 is now officially available on their website. Opera Mini 4.1 is designed to work with almost all mobile phones which allow web browsing so odds are in your favor for compatibility. The major changes in Opera Mini 4.1 over its predecessors are quicker application speed, suggested URL completion, saving pages for offline viewing and allowing downloading and uploading of files. Being able to download files easily is the big bonus here, especially if you want your email attachments saved to your phone since this has been a major downside to Opera Mini in the past. Our personal favorite in the improvements list is better CSS handling which is a pretty critical feature for a mobile web browser to render your favorite websites like cellfanatic.com.

If you are ready to take a plunge into Opera Mini 4.1, you can hop on over to Opera’s website and download right now.
