Maybe Tony Hawk’s 900 will spin T-mobile into launching their 3G data network sometime in the near future, but if not, the Tony Hawk Sidekick LX Limited Edition might be the proving ground for a good cover up. According to the latest Internet-rumors, T-mobile will be launching a series of Limited Edition Sidekick LXs like they have done with every other Sidekick since the Sidekick 2. The Tony Hawk Limited Edition is scheduled to make its debut on July 16th and we can only hope that T-mobile’s Data 1700MHz 3G band is up in full force by this time. While T-mobile has yet to confirm the existence of the Tony Hawk LE, Tony’s love for the Sidekick and the improvements in the LX over the Sidekick 3 are worth of his endorsement. We will keep you posted on additional details and hopefully some spy shots in the coming weeks.
