A new flavor of Sidekick Slide has made it onto the pages of T-mobile.com in smooth shade of Crimson. The Red (Scarlet) Sidekick Slide is the follow up to the very successful Motorola Sidekick Slide which although plagued by initial bugs, has become a solid device for T-mobile. As usual the Crimson Slide is identical to the purple Slide with EDGE connectivity, 1.3 megapixel camera with flash and the spacious full QWERTY keyboard.

While the Red (Scarlet) Sidekick Slide lacks the resolution of its big brother the LX, the Slide brings it all together in a smaller form factor and maintains the most important aspect of a Sidekick: Instant Messaging. The Red (Scarlet) T-mobile Sidekick Slide is currently available both online and in all retail channels for $199 on a two year contract.

I think we will be sticking to our LX, but those of you looking for a new flavor of the solid and much more pocket friendly Slide should be very pleased.
