Nokia S60 launches Windows Live for Mobile

Looking for your own fix of Hotmail, Windows Messenger, Live Contacts and Spaces on your Nokia S60 series cell phone, but not willing to switch to Windows Mobile to do so?  Starting today the wait is over and now S60 users will be able to join in on the fun as the Windows Live application for S60 devices has gone live.  To add some icing on the cake, the S60 software syncs your Live contacts and Hotmail account with your phone’s address book and mail client in a few simple steps.  If push email is your thing, you might want to pass on the application since there is no support for push email within S60 for Windows Live.  On the positive side, you are still able to do all the Windows Messenger actions you are use to doing on your desktop, including sending pictures and files.  It looks like Windows Live has come through strong for S60 users today, so go ahead and give it a try and let us know if the app will make it on your “must have” app list.
