RIM Blackberry Kickstart details and specs

While the idea of RIM converting their devices into standard flip phone form is not in any way shape or form innovative, we like the idea of diversity.  The Blackberry Kickstart is focused on the ‘experience’ whether it is messaging, email or listening to music.  With the Blackberry 5.0 OS loaded on the Kickstart even owners of the soon to be released Blackberry Bold will have something to envy in their flip phone cousin.  With quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE, “next gen” SureType keyboard, 2 megapixel camera, 16-bit color LCDs (internal 240 x 320 pixel, exterior 160 x 128 pixels), Wifi b/g and a 3.5mm headphone jack the Kickstart is a solid alternative for flip phone users.
