If the Samsung Soul is not doing it for you, Samsung has prepped another shiny metal slider phone to launch on Vodafone next month. The Samsung Steel will be hitting Vodafone this June with a focus on multimedia enthusiasts thanks to a few less buttons and without the interactive screen of the Soul. The Samsung Steel brings a 2.2 inch QVGA display, powered by HSDPA 3g connectivity for extra quick web browsing. As far as the camera goes, the Steel packs a 3 megapixel autofocus camera and to make things a little easier you can transfer your pictures to your computer via Bluetooth rather than searching for that pesky data cable. In order to store your pictures to expandable memory, the Samsung Steel accepts microSD cards up to 8GB. There is no word on 32GB SDHC support at this point, but we would not be surprised if those cards are compatible with the device. Vodafone will have the exclusive launch on this one, but other European markets should see the Samsung Steel later this summer. If you must be the first to own the Steel, look for deals to start appearing on Vodafone’s website in the next couple of weeks.

Still looking for another phone that can deliver 120fps DivX video recordings? Well in case you had not realized the LG KF750 was one of a kind, O2 has decided to make the decision easier for you by offering the device on both 18 and 12 month contracts. As we have mentioned in the past, the LG KF750 Secret is part of the Black Label range of phones by LG which include the LG Prada and 5.0 megapixel LG Viewty. What makes the LG KF750 unique besides its video recording capabilities is that it is only 11.8 mm thick which makes it the thinnest 5.0 megapixel camera phone on the market today. Add in the phone and video editing features which include facial editing and SmartLight and you have yourself a very powerful camera packed in a capable phone. The LG KF750 Secret brings a sophisticated, glossy front with scratch resistant LCD display thanks to the tempered glass and core technology behind the camera phone. Although Vodafone took the prize as the first carrier to launch the KF750, O2 subscribers now have the opportunity to get this solid, feature-rich cell phone at a great price. You can expect to see further rollout across UK networks in the coming months with many releases on pay as you go and sim free.

Sure At&t’s network supports 3g data access for our Nokia N95-3 NAM edition, but the front-facing camera is pretty useless for anything other than snapping a few shots of ourselves while driving. Honestly, it would be a nice if someday we were able to take advantage of the video call camera which more often than [...]
