Verizon’s BlackBerry Thunder Manual Leaked

RIM’s step into the world of iPhone-esque touchscreen mania becomes a little more real thanks to some leaked shots of the Verizon Wireless BlackBerry Thunder manual.  With the leaked shot of the ‘Learn the Basics’ manual, the confirmation that we will see a touchscreen Blackberry is no longer in question, now we just want the release date.  With four front facing keys, 2 side convenience keys, a lock and a pause/play key, how will define ‘CrackBerry’ on a touchscreen platform?  

Besides the picture from the manual, the details on the BlackBerry Thunder are still in the air.  The talks of both Verizon Wireless and Vodafone being the worldwide lifetime exclusive carriers is still the most recent news.  With both HSPA and LTE support, the Thunder is prepared for the future of mobile broadband worldwide.  Rumors of an EVDO Rev C radio are also still floating out there, but confirmation is still in the grey area.  The only other piece of information out there on the BlackBerry Thunder is that it will fall into the 9500 series of handsets and become the big brother to the 9000 Series, BlackBerry Bold.

The price, release date and confirmation of specs is still up in the air, but we will be sure to give you the heads up as soon as that information is out.
