We’ve already given the big thumbs up to the Nokia N810 Internet Tablet and WiMax edition, but until recently we never knew the OS was called Maemo.  Apparently Nokia wants to update the logo of Maemo and to help inspire some fresh ideas a logo design contest has been arranged.  From now until August, user submissions will be accepted to the Maemo.org logo design contest, when a winner will be chosen.

The logo design chosen for the Maemo OS will win the designer a trip to Germany for the Maemo Summit.  This is a great chance to show some support for the Linux community and showcase your design creativity.  Full details of the contest and entry requirements can be found off the link below:
