Back in May 2008, a ROM Update for the Orange SPV E650 was posted on the Orange Business website. Â While no announcement was made and we are not sure if anyone actually noticed the ROM, an updated PDF describing the ROM has been added. Â With a June 12th creation date, it looks like the details for the Orange SPV E650 ROM are beginning to become a little more clear, yet we are still unable to confirm if the ROM actually accomplishes any of its promises since we do not have a device on hand. Â Below is an excerpt from the PDF document describing the installation process and the ROM:
The ROM posted on this website has added functionality to assist with some problems experienced by customers relating to device stability, particularly devices locking or freezing during use.  This is not a ‘patch’ - rather this is a total ROM replacement.  Please ensure that any data you currently have on your SPV E650 is backed up.
