Our friends over at SprintUsers have done it again with another successful Sprint 2008 Roadmap. Â According to the roadmap, the Sprint HTC Touch Pro (also known as the MP6950 by HTC) will be hitting sales channels starting September 2nd. Â While the roadmap does not look as official as past leaks, there is a great deal of information regarding Sprint’s Q3 2008 plans (road to recovery is our preferred term). Â The notable devices launching this July will be the Sprint Treo 800w on July 13th and the BlackBerry Curve in Red on July 27th.

It looks like those of you not taking the plunge into the Unlimited Plans in order to activate the Samsung Instinct should be happy with two excellent alternatives. Â If you are going to leave us to decide for you, go with the HTC Touch Pro and never look back. Â The Treo 800w is a nice device and should receive plenty of praise from Palm addicts, but honestly does it get any better than a full QWERTY slide-out keyboard on a VGA device running at 528 MHz? We didn’t think so, get ready for the HTC Touch Pro MP6950 on Sprint this September 2nd.
