LG launches the KT520 3G slider cell phone in Taiwan

The Taiwan market has now added another slider phone from the world’s largest cell phone manufacturer, LG.  The LG KT520 3G slider phone is targeted at Internet users with a new finger mouse, zoom in/out functions, dedicated Internet Hotkey and single 3G band HSDPA connectivity.  The KT520 also includes a 3.0 megapixel camera with autofocus, 10x digital zoom and video recording.  Unfortunately there is no flash on the KT520, so true photo enthusiasts will find some disappointment in device.

At just under 100 grams and 100 x 50 x 15 millimeters, the LG KT520 is a stylish device aimed at Taiwan consumers.  The remaining features include: Bluetooth A2DP, 60MB of internal memory, a microSD slot, 2.2 inch TFT LCD with 2000:1 contrast ratio, MP3 playback (also AAC, AAC+ and WMA) and a 800 mAh battery.  The LG KT520 is clearly designed for the Asia market and is currently available in Taiwan for $295.
