If you have grown tired of Monkey Ball and Labyrinth (our favorite), the latest addition to the iPhone-gaming scene is brought to you by Handmark.  Handmark’s GTS World Racing is now available for a one-time purchase of $7.99 in the App Store.  The best part is the ability to accelerate, brake and steer is all dictated by the accelerometer of the iPhone.  With 64 track layouts, multiple cars and difficulty levels, GTS World Racing is definitely stepping up the quality of iPhone gaming.

Beyond the clean graphics and accelerometer controls, there are several music options for the game which include the ability to use your own music library from your iPhone.  The bottom line is that not having to listen to trance music while playing a racing game is priceless.  Throw in the smooth UI and a responsive control mechanism and GTS World Racing is a winner.  GTS World Racing was a joint venture, developed by Astraware, Handmark Game Studio and Pazzazz Games.
