It might not be the 8 megapixel Samsung camera phone, but the Samsung L770’s 14mm thickness packs the style of their ‘Ultra’ lineup with a much more affordable price tag. The L770 is currently available in Russia for 7990 Roubles ($330 USD) packed with tri-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE and HSDPA radios. As you can expect a QVGA display running at 320 x 240 pixels powers the UI along with a 2.0 megapixel camera with flash for taking shots on the run. Video calls are also included in the L770 as the front-facing camera captures video at VGA resolution (640 x 480) which combined with the 3G connectivity delivers real time video conferencing.

Other features worth nothing on the Samsung L770 are the FM radio, MP3 player, Bluetooth, microSD memory slot and the Living World animated screen saver. The Living World screen saver is a cool design since it varies depending on current events, time of day, location of the owner as well as other factor. Those looking to take the office on the go should note that the L770 allows viewing of Microsoft Office documents and it has an email client as well as HTML web browser.
