LG was quick to dismiss the existence of the LG Prada 2 (II), but it seems that a tipster at BGR has let the cat out of the bag. According to the latest unconfirmed spec sheet, the Prada 2 will in fact be the full slide-out QWERTY device we have seen pictured online, complete with quadband GSM/EDGE and dualband HSDPA (850MHz/2100MHz).

The real surprise in the specs is that the Prada 2 will feature a 5.0 megapixel camera with flash and VGA recording which should put the device on par with Nokia’s optics. It would be nice to find out what type of flash will be on the Prada 2, but simply knowing a flash exists is enough to let us rest easy.

- VGA video recording
- Bluetooth 2.1

If you are still wondering whether the Prada 2 will be touchscreen, it will continue the tradition left by the original Prada. It will be interesting to see how many second generation touchscreen only devices decide to quit playing Apple’s game and attack with a keyboard the second time around. We’ll be putting the LG Prada 2 at the top of that list for the moment.
