With the At&t BlackBerry Bold looking to be an October 2nd release date despite our hopes of a September 12th launch, a glimmer of light still shines from the good news tunnel. According to CrackBerry, they have received word from several At&t dealers that they will be able to place orders for the BlackBerry Bold starting September 24th. Unfortunately this does not mean that consumers will get to join in on the fun, but it could mean that some early units will be sold to friends and winning eBay bidders the week before the official launch.

It looks like the exciting yet sometimes painful delayed launch of the At&t BlackBerry Bold is finally coming to a close. Just three more weeks of weathering this storm and At&t might actually beat the Thunder coming to Verizon Wireless this November.
