Today Sprint announced the Lotus, LG LX600, QWERTY messaging phone. At first glance the Lotus looks similar to a lady’s makeup compact, but inside is a full keyboard for the email and text enthusiast. The device will be available in either purple or black and makes use of the new Sprint One Click home screen which provides easy access to messaging, navigation, Sprint TV and the Sprint Music Store. The release date for the LG LX600 Lotus is set for October and will be $149.99 with a 2 year contract.
