Only 2 days after the Apple 2.1 software update went live via iTunes, the iPhone dev team has already delivered the goods.  Both PwnageTool and QuickPwn are now able to jailbreak version 2.1 and the best part is it does not required any patches to iTunes 8.  It looks like the cat and mouse game between Apple and the Dev Team will continue.  As usual Windows users are out of luck for the time being as both PwnageTool 2.1 and QuickPwn 1.1 are only available for Mac OS X.
