As promised T-mobile USA will be launching the BlackBerry Flip this month and the carrier has already launched a website and a pre-register option.  With the BlackBerry Flip 8220 it seems that RIM is all about firsts this quarter as they launch the first touchscreen ‘Thunder’, the first 3G HSDPA ‘Bold’ and now the first ‘Flip’.  Last week the carrier launched a website to sign up for updates and after all the big announcements from HTC and Sony Ericsson, the pre-register link went live.

If you recall the Sony Ericsson TM-506 also showed a ‘coming soon’ link on T-mobile and soon became available less than a week later.  We just might see a similar outcome from the BlackBerry Flip 8220 if T-mobile deems us worthy.
