Apple iPhone 3G versus HTC Touch HD

by Nick Marshall

The HTC Touch HD is a beautiful device, both in person and on paper.  Clearly the most obvious comparison can be made against the best from Apple, the iPhone 3G.  While the Touch HD features a superior camera, screen size and resolution, and 3g max data rate of 7.2 Mbps, there are still many areas in which the iPhone 3G excels.  While we wait to get a review unit of the Touch HD, enjoy the images and the comparison specs.

but theres a video out on youtube using thumb friendly scrolling (touching the icons not the scroll bar) on the list of the programs windows mobile on this touch hd device.

The Touch HD has a bigger screen, and the most receptive touch response on a WinMo phone yet. That being said, it still doesn’t compare to the iPhone’s touch. THAT being said, the iPhone is way overrated, cuz the HD has a better camera, minimalistic outward design but is filled with features. The only grouch people have with it, is that they’d rather it ran Android than WinMo. Well, 6.5 is just around the corner, so we can expect the interface to get atleast a little better if not completely revolutionized!
