HTC Touch HD Passes Through the FCC

by Nick Marshall

The BLACK100, Blackstone, also known as the HTC Touch HD has just made its way through the FCC database.  Unfortunately this is not the North American version since EDGE 850/1900 MHz are the only useful bands included for the US.  Whether or not a WCDMA 850 / 1900 MHz version will show its face is still very questionable, but we would not be surprised by anything from At&t these days.  In the meantime, continue to envy your European friends as they will soon be the owners of a fully 3G capable Touch HD and all 3.8 inches of its beautiful WVGA-resolution touchscreen.
