The mysterious Nokia E63, leaked in a Nokia promotional video last month, has now been photographed for the first time. The device is still a bit of a mystery, but an on-going discussion over at the Telefon-Tredd.de forums has revealed several details about the device. First the E63 will follow the numbering pattern of other Nokia devices with a European E63-1 launch, a camera-less version with more memory E63-2 and an American E63-3 NAM. The usual suspects are also present on the E63, 3G UMTS + HSDPA / GSM / GPRS / EDGE connectivity, a QVGA 320 x 240 pixel screen, WiFi and Bluetooth.

The interesting changes in the E63 is that it will lack a front-facing camera and it could offer only a 2.0-megapixel camera. It will also be thicker than the E71 and have no metal construction except for the Navikey and camera module. It will feature a 3.5mm headphone jack, MIDP 2.0 and CLDC 1.1, Symbian v9.1, no side buttons, 2mm mains next to the microphone and the menu is like the E71, possibly FP1.
