Unfortunately not everyone is willing to leave their carrier to join T-mobile and ride the Android train compliments of the G1. For those of you hoping for a solution on your existing HTC hardware this video is for you. With Android 0.8 and a HTC Touch Diamond, youtube video poster crossdspark has delivered a 3 minute video showing the current status of porting Android. It looks like there is still quite a bit of work to do here, but this is a great sign of things to come from the underground community.
