NTT DoCoMo announces 22 device launches by March 2009

by Nick Marshall

We’ve seen device roadmaps for US Carriers before, but Japan’s largest mobile operator, NTT DoCoMo, is taking handset launches to the next level.  Starting November 19th the carrier will begin releasing devices in Japan with the 22nd handset being launch by March 2009.  The 22 devices will come from a variety of categories which include Docomo STYLE, PRIME, SMART and PRO Series.  These 4 collections of handsets feature devices from manufacturers such as Nokia, HTC and Sharp to name a few.  If you had high expectations for At&t, Verizon Wireless or Sprint for the next few months, the bar has just been raised my friends.
