With Good Technology’s patented underlying technology covering real-time over the air synchronization for wide range of applications and Intercasting’s award-winning ANTHEM platform, the acquisition enables Good to extend services beyond Smartphone market.
The ANTHEM Platform pioneered by Intercasting integrates and delivers social networking brands, leading IM interfaces, app stores and consumer email in one application. ANTHEM works with operators and device manufacturers to deliver the integrated solution. Since both Good and Intercasting market services through operators and device manufacturers, the combination of the two companies’ services is a win win combination.
