Samsung will be adding a new Symbian S60 smartphone to their lineup, the Samsung B5100. This unannounced mid-end candybar phone features a metallic case and design very similar to the Samsung i7110, another S60 smartphone. The B5100 features a QVGA display, HSDPA connectivity, Wifi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB 2.0, DivX playback support and a 3-megapixel camera with LED flash.
No word on a price or release date at this point, but since the device is targeted at the mid-end smartphone market it should definitely be cheaper than the Samsung i7110’s $500 price tag.
