Gaming on the iPhone and iPod Touch will get a little more interesting this Fall with the release of Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars. According to Rockstar Games, Chinatown Wars will give Apple gamers control over Huang Lee, a member of the Triad crime syndicate, who travels to Liberty City to investigate his father’s death. As many of you know, Chinatown Wars is currently available on the Nintendo DS and will be released on the PSP in October so it makes perfect sense to add in a release for Apple’s mobile devices. The real question is whether the in-game control will live up to the hype of the app release or whether this will just be another average port of an already successful game.
