Spanish start-up Geeksphone announces Android-powered Handset

The first European Google Android handset has just been announced by a little known start-up in Spain known as Geeksphone.  Using a i900 hardware license from Samsung, Geeksphone will be releasing ONE, an Android-based handset running version 1.5.  ONE features a sliding QWERTY keyboard, 3.2-inch WQVGA hybrid-resistive touchscreen, 3.1-megapixel camera with HD video and Autofocus, a front-facing 0.3 megapixel fixed-focus camera, WiFi b/g, GPS and 2×1 watt RMS wide-range speakers.
