T-mobile Says all personal information was lost in Sidekick Data Outage

What started as an inconvenience has suddenly resulted in wide-spread panic for the T-mobile Sidekick community as a result of a serious Sidekick data disruption.  Over the past week we’ve been following the forums and paying close attention to the problems facing Sidekick users but at 12:35 PM today T-mobile decided to address the issue.  The carrier has formally apologized for the ‘recent Sidekick data service disruption’ and asks that we remain patient as they continue to work on maintaining platform stability and restoring all services for Sidekick customers.

Now for the devastation news my friends, “regrettably, based on Microsoft/Danger’s latest recovery assessment of their systems, we must now inform you that personal information stored on your device – such as contacts, calendar entries, to-do lists or photos – that is no longer on your Sidekick almost certainly has been lost as a result of a server failure at Microsoft/Danger”.
