Good fight Cupertino, unfortunately the makers of EyeTV have been able to pass your rigorous App Store approval process and have been able to release an app that allows media streaming over 3G.  The makers of EyeTV, a live streaming TV application for the iPhone, have left a very easy way for users to enjoy live TV with their 3G connection.  Simply tap the text of the warning message and the EyeTV app will begin streaming TV over your 3G connection instead of WiFi.  It won’t be long before Apple pulls in the reigns on the App so if you want to test out some 3G Live TV streaming we suggest you get ahold of the EyeTV app today.
