We wouldn’t be the first website to say that TomTom’s iPhone App was a bit overpriced and thankfully it seems TomTom has heard our cries and released a special version for US Customers. This US-only version of TomTom’s iPhone App is now available for just $49.99 in the AppStore. The market for iPhone navigation Apps seems to be shrinking now that Google Navigation Beta has launched and soon will be coming to the iPhone. Personally I think most iPhone users will find Google Maps more than adequate, but if you still find both the aforementioned options inadequate then by all means TomTom for iPhone awaits.
