After speculating that the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 would be launching in North American on At&t and T-mobile, Rogers Canada has taken the prize as the first exclusive North American carrier to launch the smartphone. The news comes our way via a Roger’s Press Release where John Boynton, Executive Vice President of Marekting for Rogers Communications confirmed the X10 would be a Roger’s exclusive. If you need a refresher on the Xperia X10, the device features a 16:9 aspect ratio 480 x 854 resolution touchscreen (same as Motorola Droid) and the Snagdragon 1GHz CPU seen on the Nexus One.
