Clearwire Brings CLEAR Service to Las Vegas using Motorola WiMAX Network and Devices

Clearwire Communications, LLC, an operating subsidiary of Clearwire Corporation, today launched its CLEAR 4G mobile Internet service in Las Vegas, Nev., making it the third Clearwire market to use wireless broadband infrastructure and devices provided by the Home & Networks Mobility business of Motorola, Inc. (NYSE: MOT). Just last month, Clearwire launched CLEAR in Atlanta, Ga., following its inaugural service deployment in Portland, Ore. in early January 2009. With CLEAR, customers can enjoy super fast mobile Internet service whether at home or on the go with Motorola’s desktop CPEi 150 and award-winning USBw 100 adaptor.
