Ladies and Gentlemen VoIP is now coming to Android via iSkoot for Skype. iSkoot’s solution for VoIP allows Android users on any cellular network the ability to make Skype-to-Skype calls on their mobile phone. Unfortunately it is not free, when making a call to a Skype contact, it costs the same as making a local call.
