Well we did already know 99% of the specs before today, but on the official side of things T-mobile Germany released a flyer and spec sheet outlining the complete details.  The flyer eliminates any speculation regarding the T-mobile MDA Vario IV and now brings out the possibility of some very nice comparisons with other hot phones stirring up rumors such as the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1.  With the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1 hitting European shores later this year, 2008 is shaping up to be the year of the smartphone.  While browsing through the T-mobile Germany flyer for the MDA Vario IV we noticed that it says UMTS/HSDPA 850/2100 MHz, but this would be of little use in Germany and we believe that it is a typo for 900 MHz.  Otherwise, the flyer looks like it checks out so go ahead and take a peak at the full specs below for the HTC Raphael / MDA Vario IV or Touch Pro:

Other details listed in the flyer include the software running on the Vario IV which include the Office Mobile Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote), Adobe PDF Reader, Outlook Mobile, Media Player 10, Opera Mobile 9.5, Internet Explorer Mobile, Google Maps and YouTube Mobile.  If you are curious about T-mobile Germany’s packaging, the MDA Vario IV comes well prepared with a battery, wall charger, mini USB to USB sync cable, replacement stylus, wired Stereo-headset, a carrying case/pouch, and of course a CD-ROM with additional software.
